Seattle, Washington.

Space Needle is a major landmark of the Pacific Northwest region of the United States and a symbol of Seattle. Located at the Seattle Center, it was built for the 1962 World's Fair, during which time nearly 20,000 people a day used the elevators, with over 2.3 million visitors in all for the World Fair. The Space Needle is 184 m high at its highest point and 42 m wide at its widest point. When it was completed it was the tallest structure west of the Mississippi River.

Butler County Courthouse as viewed from Diamond Park, Butler.

The current structure is the third courthouse to have been built for the county. James P. Bailey, who was responsible for the construction of Old Main at Geneva College became the architect of the new courthouse after the second one was destroyed by a fire in 1883. Bailey's courthouse still stands today, and is currently the tallest structure in downtown Butler.
The Butler County Courthouse was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977.

Oregon, Yaquina Bay Bridge. The graceful span of Yaquina Bay Bridge is framed by spruce and coastal pine as a 44-foot Coast Guard motor life boat heads for open sea. Like many coastal Oregon bridges built during the Depression it was designed by state engineer Conde McCullough. With a span of 3260 feet it was completed in 1936, standing 245 feet at its highest point and 138 feet at deck level

Glacier National Park is dominated by mountains which were carved into their present shapes by the huge glaciers of the last ice age. Dazzling, "stair-step" cascades characterize many of the waterfalls from the snowmelt from Grinnell Glacier to Grinnell Lake.
Glacier National Park is a UNESCO WHS.

Wizard Island (on the left) is a volcanic cinder cone which forms an island at the west end of Crater Lake in Crater Lake National Park, Oregon.  The crater was named the "Witches Cauldron" by Will G. Steel in 1885, who also gave Wizard Island its name at the same time.

Колдовской остров (слева) - образование вулканического происхождения, сформировавшееся в остров в западной части Кратерного озера в Национальном парке Кратерных озер в штате Орегон. Кратер получил свое название "Ведьминский котел" от Уилла Дж. Стила в 1885 г. Он же дал название и острову.

Another nice view from the French Quarter of this city. Strange, but after hurrcane Catherine I thought that New orleans became a "dead" city. I saw a few Discovery Channel series about life "after hurricane" and pic's I saw were not very optimistic. But, as I'm still receiving these cards, it seems I was wrong :)

My first card from this state! it shows aeral view of Griffin Park along the Chena River and down-town Fairbanks. Fairbanks was founded in 1901 and now is the biggest city in region Alaska. Nothing more special :)
