Campinas, SP. Vista externa da Igreja Matriz “Nossa Senhora da Conceição”

Church of Our Lady of Conception (also known as the Basilica of Caramel) was originally the parish church and the city which grew around lately formed  Campinas. The original building was opened on July 14, 1774, with the first Mass. It was a temporary construction, covered with thatch and located where today stands the monument to Carlos Gomes. In 1920s the building was demolished, with the exception of the altar and towers, and new church, that exist today, was built in Gothic style.

Patio do Colegio - is the name given to the historical Jesuit church and school. The name is also used to refer to the square in front of the church. The Patio do Colegio marks the site were the city was founded in 1554.

Lake Igapo - an artificial lake in the city of Londrina, Paraná, created as a result of the construction of the dam Ribeirão Cambezinho and opened on a silver jubilee of the city on December 10, 1959. The name is translated from the language of the Tupi as a "transfusion of rivers".

The São Paulo See Metropolitan Cathedral ("See" and "cathedra" mean "seat" and therefore the eclesiastical authority of a bishop or archbishop) is the cathedral of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of the city of São Paulo. Its construction, in Neo-Gothic style, began in 1913 and ended four decades later.
